Jorge Pinilla Cogollo J.D.
Mr. Pinilla is a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, who holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Specialization in Business Law from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a Specialization in Tech Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is also certified as Mediator by the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota.
His legal practice is focused on civil law, commercial law, agrarian law and administrative law. He represents multiple companies and corporations of great reputation in Colombia, where his outstanding litigation skills have allowed clients to get favorable decisions. He has also been Columnist for Colombian newspapers such as “El Espectador” and “La Republica”.

He is a member of the Colombian Association of Legal Tech (Alt+Co).
